When we were 10.5 weeks we went in for the anticipated last
appointment with the RE doctor. We officially graduated onto the regular ob/gyn
office! We got to see our little nugget on the big screen and was even waving.
We also got to hear the heartbeat for the first time which was pretty cool.
After our ultrasound and a clean bill of health from the doctor we go our
parting gift – pregnancy magazines and form to fill out once the baby is born
so they know what we had and the name. And of course a big congratulations and
good luck from all the staff. Although we will miss the great staff at the RE
office we could not be more happy to moving onto the next step of our baby
journey. As I said when we left, our baby graduated before it even made it out
of the womb!
